Easy wood is getting scarce. Soon I will be digging in the snow to get wood for heating. I have a pile by the old wood shop.<\/p>\n<p>I would gather some before the next polar vortex arrives, but I injured my back again.<\/p>\n<p>I have few days before that arrives. Today I still need to fit a battery in my van. I also have a flat tire to deal with and snow to shovel. The tire holds air for 24 hours sitting still, then goes flat. I had to try getting to the town on that tire.<\/p>\n<p>Cats got fed, they had water from yesterdays snow melt. I even saved\u00a0 a 3\/4 full kettle of water for coffee.<\/p>\n<p>They also got fed. A fire got started, problem was a very small amount of wood. I had enough for today if I rationed.<\/p>\n<p>Cat food would run out soon. I had a doctors apointment Friday. I was trying to hold off till then.<\/p>\n<p>My Amazon orders of catfood were stuck somewhere in Ontario and Quebec.
