I have seen a half dozen or more of these arrive here in the last few years. They are never pleasant.<\/p>\n<p>By Friday night it will arrive. I have seen forecasts of down to minus 27.\u00a0 Some weather services say it will stay until Feb 7 some say longer. These cold weather systems always always stay longer than expected.<\/p>\n<p>It was plus 6 all night and today the same. That is bad for me. The fallen snow, now slushy will freeze into solid ice.<\/p>\n<p>This will make simple tasks harder. Gathering wood and snow for melt means chopping through ice to accomplish anything. Chest pains and toothache are back.<\/p>\n<p>I need to travel into town in a few days, yes during the cold and snow.
