I made a fire. The truth is I had to. I cleaned my room, emptied garbage cans. I had a bagful of burnables that had no place to go.<\/p>\n

Sawed wood, split wood, gassed up the gen, gathered snow. Filled the cats bowls. Swept the floors<\/p>\n

My back ached, my chest ached and it was taking way too long to heat a kettle. It was too hot to sit in front of the fire. I had no choice the kettle wasn’t hot enough yet.<\/p>\n

Soon I hoped.<\/p>\n

I can see steam rising up from the depths. Of the kettle. I gotta go.<\/p>\n

I won’t get hot coffee this morning like I said yesterday maybe later.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n
