I bargain with myself. If I want to do something fun, I tell myself I must do some work first.<\/p>\n<p>I am disabled, dying and broken, for doing even small tasks extracts a high price. Pain, breathing and more plays into my day. Add work and the pain increases exponentially.<\/p>\n<p>A walk down the stairs has become difficult, and there is so much to do. That doesn&#8217;t include the basic things. Feeding me and the cats, making coffee and lighting the fire twice a day are things just neccesary for our survival.<\/p>\n<p>The great thing about the fire is now the mountain of cardboard boxes is slowly shrinking. There is no firewood this year.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t want to sound like I am whining, I am not.
