It was before daylight. I had work that needed doing, some more urgent than others.<\/p>\n<p>Cats were fed, snow was gathered. I also made the walk out to the composter in deep snow. Use your imagination as what was being composted.<\/p>\n<p>The cats were fed snow, the fire was not lit. It was far above freezing in the house. I even filled the giant bowl with snow for later. I needed to ration the small amount of wood left for January if I could. That was doutbtful.<\/p>\n<p>I am upstairs making coffee and pasta for later. My back already sore I had to quit the hard labour for now.<\/p>\n<p>The gen is running again, breaking my two day rule. The batteries did not fully charge yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>I was out of fuel except for some premium I bought to mix with some year old gas. I read to mix it 50\/50 to make the old gas useable.<\/p>\n<p>I was worried about using that mix I will need to read more.
