Today was supposed to be my barium swallow test. It was -49\u00a0 last night. There was no chance Gracie would have fired up. Plus I would have to travel in the dark for two hours to get there.<\/p>\n

And there were the four logs left to split in front of the van. It took a half-hour just to get the log splitter to run. I overloaded my gen four times. Each time a trip to the back of the house to pull the gen out, stop it restart it push it back into its snow cover.<\/p>\n

The wood got split snow was gathered for water, coffee was poured. I can’t get up to get it. I am collapsed on the couch in pain typing this. Tomorrow will be chainsawing again right now -40 the next day more of the same. I just needed to hold on for a few more days until the polar vortex moves on to Eastern Canada.<\/p>\n
