Today seems to be another one of those days the pain in my body exceeds the ability to act on ambitions.<\/p>\n

In plain English performing even the smallest tasks near impossible. Thank god it is relatively warm. I won’t need to do firewood today.<\/p>\n

I spent an hour doing a job I had been putting off.<\/p>\n

Making my kitchen cat-proof. After almost stepping in some and watching the perp scale a ten foot wood wall and parkour to safety after doing the deed. I decided that was enough.<\/p>\n

I found some OSB cut it to size. I scaled a ladder holding the board over my head and screwed it to the wall. While I was up there I noticed a few holes that a skinny cat could wiggle through.<\/p>\n

After searching, I laid hands on some wood scraps and patched the holes too.<\/p>\n

The big cats wouldn’t be leaving any steamy land mines in my kitchen.
\nThe little kittens were another issue. When I built the wall I purposely left gaps to allow heat and air circulation. Yea you guessed it little kittens could get through.<\/p>\n

Soon they would be too big. For now, they only leave tiny presents for me.<\/p>\n
