Temp is still good at 36.2. O2 is fine 94 at rest 97 with a few deep breaths. My throat is a little sore and my chest feels a little heavy, but has off and on for quite a while, even had lung tests in the summer last. The sore throat may be from the gastroscopy I just had, the doctor mentioned he had to dilate my esophagus (stretch it).<\/p>\n

I have read that this can come without fever. As of now no cough, no diarrhea,\u00a0 no fatigue, no muscle aches or fatigue, feels like a cold. The dizziness I have had for a year, headaches even longer.<\/p>\n

I have found the following list of other symptoms most of which I don’t have.<\/p>\n

shortness of breath,<\/p>\n

speaking in single words,<\/p>\n

chest pain,<\/p>\n

confusion,<\/p>\n

extreme drowsiness or loss of consciousness,<\/p>\n

fever,<\/p>\n

cough<\/p>\n

sore throat.<\/p>\n

runny nose,<\/p>\n

muscle aches,<\/p>\n

fatigue,<\/p>\n

loss of taste or smell,<\/p>\n

headache,<\/p>\n

hoarse voice<\/p>\n

nausea,<\/p>\n

vomiting<\/p>\n

diarrhea.<\/p>\n

I feel like I failed the Covid symptom list.<\/p>\n

I have two of those on the list and both have alternate causes. Yet I feel shitty but better than I did yesterday. Maybe I just have a common cold or I had a mild case, should know in a few days.<\/p>\n

I was just out in the hot humid mugginess repainting my deck boards. If ever I felt overheated it is now but my temp is fine. I splashed some cold clean water on my face and carried on.<\/p>\n

I just read confirmation there is COVID-19 here, and our county is on a\u00a0 watch list. There were ten confirmed cases in Hines Creek<\/a>. That is where I pick up my mail, and that includes groceries from Amazon.<\/p>\n

I am okay for a while I have human food and cat food.<\/p>\n

I just had a bowl of cinnamon with some oatmeal. Ya I put the spice in the bowl in low light. I wont do that again.\u00a0 I read that all the naural remedies wont do anything against the virus out there. But i say couldn’t hurt. Except for that bowl of food i just ruined.<\/p>\n

Organic everything , almond milk, oatmeal, honey, tumeric and way too much organic cinnamon.\u00a0 I wiill try again tommorrow, in the light.<\/p>\n
