That caused a little chuckle. “It’s bedtime for me, I am a little tired.”<\/p>\n

Cristian fell asleep on contact with the mattress, The cats and Lorelei all snuggled in tight.<\/p>\n

In the morning Cristian woke up first, which was unusual these days.<\/p>\n

\u201cOh Husband, you sure know how to wake a girl up. Much better than an alarm clock.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cJust doing my duty, ma\u2019am\u201d he said with a grin.<\/p>\n

Cristian headed for the shower to get ready for another big day.<\/p>\n

Lorelei soon joined him.<\/p>\n

The cave dwellers soon started to wander in for breakfast.<\/p>\n

\u201cRaguel how is the presentation coming?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI can show you after breakfast.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe worked on it through the night.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cLorelei, we need to go meet some soldiers In New York.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAlbert, Stephen, could you meet us at the Hotel later. Bring E2 and M2 for protection full Battle dress.\u201d<\/p>\n

The logo showed a familiar blue Marble Surrounded by the words Earth Defence Force. \u201cNice I like it we should get those on our Long jackets.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAlready done, as is battle armour for our new soldiers. Their sizes were sent ahead. Including Boots. The M series has spent most of the night getting them ready. They are already loaded in the Retribution.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cRaguel I have a name for the fighter. We can call it the Shrike.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cA vicious little bird that impales its prey on sharp thorns to kill them. Favourite food, Lizards and frogs.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOur spring can supply over 10000 gallons per day. The bio digestor sewage system could handle 100 people, over time we would need to vent the extra methane or use it for other purposes. The cafeteria could handle up to a hundred people at a time. Our internal air system could keep us breathing forever. We have enough stored food for five years for fifty people. The greenhouse alone could feed 25 people. Our power generation is the same as used in our ships. The power is unlimited.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSo you are saying we are good, then.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYes, Cristian, except for sleeping quarters. We will need more.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cM2 we will need to build barracks for 21 Soldiers. If you get time, we will need bedding for them. Give them the same as everyone else, two to a room. We will need additional rooms for support staff. I would double the rooms. We will need a gym and a larger theatre. I need it by tonight. Kidding. Maybe you could work with the scientists to design a layout. I will be bringing the soldiers home. We will need mattresses for them.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen should we expect them?”<\/p>\n

\u201cI would say by tomorrow evening.”<\/p>\n

\u201cRaguel would you mind bringing Albert, Stephen and the band to New York later today? I think the band needs to pick up some equipment in Manhattan.\u201d<\/p>\n
