Beside him was a very pretty young lady, a tall Brunette with dark brown eyes, wearing the latest fashion of the day.<\/p>\n \u201cYou must be the fianc\u00e9?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAnd you, the Capitalist,\u201d the woman said with a smile.<\/p>\n \u201cJames Stewart, Dorothy\u201d as Arthur introduced the two to each other.<\/p>\n \u201cPlease call me Jimmy or James, pleased to meet you, Dorothy.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYou as well, James, why did you request my presence?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cTo the point, Dorothy, excellent. I believe that a man is only as good as the woman behind him. I believe a good woman can make a man, a bad one can break him. This company involves my Capital, so a meeting was necessary. It was where he first kissed a girl. The school would be built near the corner of Victoria Drive and Hastings in the near future. Her name was Cindy. He would never forget her as long as he drew breath. At 12 years old, she was his first love.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are going to build this here. Rather, you are going to build this here.
