<\/a> Thank you for reading the book. The story came to me while I was in the crawlspace \u00a0digging in the sand to put in a sewer line in 1992. I wrote a short story back then. The story ended up in box that moved with me from location to location. I still have the story \u00a0somewhere, someday I will look for it and compare it to the story I have written. I had no idea it was going to come out of \u00a0my mind the way it did. Some days it all\u00a0poured\u00a0out at six thousand words a day, with short breaks to do research to make it historically as accurate as I could. This is in no way to be considered finished.<\/p>\n
