“Daily vitamins are of no value.”

Michael Specter

I think my phone is failing

I made the trip into town yesterday to get my beard cut down and pick up some water. I stopped at my hardware store and ordered the parts for my water filtration unit.

At the barbershop I saw a man walking with a cane. I mentioned that I will be walking like that soon. He asked why I told him about my possible MS.

He told me the same story we compared symptoms. Almost identical. Then we went on to talk about the diagnosis and the trouble he had with the doctors. Again identical until a doctor noticed something in him.

Like me, he had been misdiagnosed for years. Now after finally getting the MRI scans done, the very same ones I know I need he got his diagnosis. And he is getting a spinal tap done, That should have been done a long time ago.

I got a glimpse into my future. I was very thankful I met this man.

Today’s health issue. I have finally come to the conclusion, that I might have kidney stones. The Best solution I found out there is to drink water. So I am doing that. Lots of water. Maybe its time, to do a water fast. I had amazing results last time I did one. Ten days of just water.

The possibility of more days of excruciating pain so soon after the toothache thing I just went through has me motivated. Really motivated.

I read the pain from passing a stone was insane. If there is even a small chance drinking water could melt the stones, I am going to try. Oh, I almost forgot taking Vitamin D3 can contribute to kidney stones and the same for curcumin, both of which I have been taking. I just read that vitamin c is also bad, it converts in the body to the very thing that makes the stones.

On another note, I was in to see my friendly Pharmacist and I joked about big Pharma really owned the Vitamin Business. I found out that one of them really does.

Jamieson Wellness. The one I criticized in another post for using soybean oil extracted with Hexane, a petroleum derivative that is toxic to your central nervous system. Turned out they are part of a 17 billion dollar company, who distributes medical products. They even own a chain of health food stores, some right here in Canada. The same company owns Generac that make generators, and lots and lots of other companies. Huh go figure I was right. I am learning that the vitamin business is a big scam.

BTW the vitamin business is worth 36 Billion dollars. It is also unregulated.

Going to plant some kale.
