Friday
I went to town did laundry, picked up my mail (berkey filters in, yea), picked up some more plumbing supplies. I stopped by my grocer picked up a few supplies and Yes I did buy water. I am coming close to never having to buy water again. The pond is still mostly frozen and it is, its usual spring color of muddy brown.
In the meantime I will get the construction of the water filtration unit started. The rest of the stainless steel fittings will arrive next Thursday.
Tomorrow is dump day I backed the van to the trailer and loaded onto the hitch. That hurt my back a bit. In the morning I will load it with as much garbage as I can and make the trip. I will try not to bring any back hahaha. There is always someone throwing away antique doors or furniture and it eventually ends up back here.
