Not even a big load
I just went out to chop wood, what an ordeal. Whatever is causing the breathing problem is getting worse. It was a painful time to chop wood. I am concerned about winter now. If this was what I will go through when there is snow and cold, it will be difficult. It is relatively warm and there is no deep snow to trudge through.
To complicate things just as I tried to bring the wood inside, I slipped on some ice. A puddle of rain that had frozen during the sudden cold snap. The wheelbarrow fell backwards almost covering me in the 500 pounds of logs I just finished chopping. I was so out of breath by the time I got the logs reloaded and in the door, I could hardly walk.
I stumbled to the couch for a half-hour rest to recuperate. And then when I did get up my heart was pounding so hard I could feel it trying to escape my rib cage. Thank God I have one test scheduled on Wednesday.
Pulmonary function test I just hope they find something that is curable or at least find something.
Hope there is enough for winter I hope I can chainsaw and chop.
