How can they beat me? I’ve been struck by lightning, had two back operations, and been divorced twice.

It has been a few days since I wrote in here. I have been on the mend after my back incident, the pharma prescribed I think did more harm than good which seems to be the case most times. I quit the pharma yesterday. I am making sure I am not doing anything that will aggravate my lower back. Put a check mark beside everything except the dia word. I am sure if I type the word it might happen.
The side effects are nasty:
- dry mouth or throat
- headache
- blurred vision
- drowsiness
- dizziness
- fatigue
- loss of appetite
- stomach pain
- nausea
- diarrhea
- constipation
- gas
- muscle weakness.
It is no wonder I haven’t written. I will soon.
Last night we had a major thunderstorm complete with end of the world rain and lightning. We are forecast for another 4 days of the same. Good time for me to rest up and heal.
