A Million and a half things to get done and the cycles to maybe get one started. Might try to start doing the rear deck, I have been trying to get that one done since spring.
Some days I get a little closer to that goal. There seems to be always delays, as if some supernatural power is holding me back. Weird, why would they bother with me.
I am off to see if I can get a couple of boards up.
I managed to move 4 4×4 posts to the deck area. Even gathered the small step stool and drill. I am winded taking a break and will head out soon.
Well, it’s time to get another ten minutes in. Need some tunes. Could use a body that was a little less broken. I guess those days are past me now. A few broken backs and other broken stuff. Oh, well it needs doing.
I still got the eye of a tiger, but the body of Mr. Magoo.
This is my life. Only two bad dizzy spells last night so that means I am getting better, yea I know shaky logic at best. More after the pictures.
The size of small seagulls I tell you. I am huffin and puffin taking my next break. The first board is up. More debris has been moved.
My arms are on fire. Squitos less of them but bigger, way bigger. I am in and so is my cat who misbehaved a little and wouldn’t come in. I don’t blame her, we already spend too much time indoors. Soon it will be winter plenty of time can be spent on indoor stuff then.
The bad part is coming. I have to retrieve two more cement pier blocks from the front of the house and move them to the back. Yea after the break. Oh, and that 16 foot 2×10 too and bring that board around the house through the deep thistles.
As quick as my work day started,with a gust of and heavy board it comes to an end. My back is out, it doesnt feel like a normal back pain it is centered on my right kidney. I quit working I dont want a repeat of the day i spent crawling on my belly. In excrutiating pain.
The 16 foot 2×10 is moved. Cements blocks not so much.
It looks like storms are about to roll in anyways. At least the deck is started.
Last entry for today pouring rain arrived half hoir after I injured my back.
