I keep working hard day in and day out. When I get a chance to play, I try to produce the best I can.

It was one of those mornings. No coffee could be made the fire was cold, the way I needed it to be. it was ash day. All part of wood stove logic. Too much ash, less room for firewood, less firewood less heat. During the -60 of the polar vortex that’s a problem. This was the one time I forgot to fill the thermos with hot water. The one I filled every day just in case the fire was out, so I could still have that coffee in the morning.

I have a camp stove, I disconnected the small propane bottle to eliminate the probability of small leaks. The other day a very small and destructive demon cat got into the kitchen, everything on a shelf or counter was on the floor. The propane bottle was behind a cabinet. There was no way to reach it without moving some very heavy objects. If you read my post yesterday I reinsured my back. I needed to rest. Btw I  now secure that door with a 3-inch grk screw. Overkill? Maybe, but you didn’t see my kitchen.

The ash got emptied, a fire was lit, water was put on the ice-cold stove to heat. I figure in another hour I might have my morning coffee sometime around 1 pm. Some days you win.

The generator is started so now I am off to kill a Chinese drug lord. That is not a racist thing, it’s a video game. Far cry 4.
