If you saw a heat wave, would you wave back?

Extreme heat warning
Might get hot. Right now, I am enjoying the cool of the early morning. Maybe the last one of this week as the heatwave arrives. As you see by the red on the map almost all of Alberta is covered by the warning area. Right now it’s 15 outside, I don’t dare go out because I saw them, millions of them trying to enter my house as I put Gracie back in her home.
The heat will kill them off in a few days, Until then I would try to keep my excursions to a minimum. I will be staying indoors as much as possible over the next week to avoid the heat. If I keep my garage doors closed and try to seal off the heat, the cement will keep that part of the house cool for a few days. Then it will become the opposite, a giant heat sink that will hold the heat in.
I finally got my new saw, I haven’t even opened the box yet. I won’t be working on the deck for a week or so. Depends on the heatwave. The pictures for my blog will also suffer since I will try to keep to the inside.
Ok so I had to go outside. It was gloriuos only 15 degrees no squitoes. I knew that it would be the last cool morning i would see for awhile. Just wearing my new camo sweatpants and sandals, no shirt. I took a few pics and ran back inside. I was worried someting might spoil my morning.
Back to working on the downstairs kitten run. Under there was something so bad, I closed my mouth as I worked, and I stripped down nude to clean.i didn’t want that on my clothing. It took a broom , then a scraper, then a broom again, then water and a 3m scrubber pad, finally drying with a couple of old tshirts (the new mop was somewhere safe). Those tshirts will never be the same. (R.I.P.) I had plans to paint under there today before unloosing kittens. Kittens that just started to eat food.
After painting I needed to design s dòor. Oh BTW Rea the cacao nibs worked. the mop is in the wood work shop where I last used it. I didnt have nibs this morning. So remembered after i finished. Hahaha.
Kitten run cleaned washed and painted. Now i need a door. The paint was not drying fast
Ya we all wore bellbottoms in the 70’s keep laughing they will come back into style.
