I noticed that the sunrise has started to migrate farther north. Signs that spring is on its way. Two months away.
We are about to have 10 days of spring weather. We went from an extreme cold warning to a heavy snowfall warning, to an extreme wind warning. All in the same week.
From -45 to plus 9.
Yesterday I shovelled 30 ft of driveway, deep snow. I will try to do more today. I hope I can get a little further before the snow gets too heavy.
Shovelling, tired out now, the snow is heavier than yesterday. So far 75 feet total shovelled, another 75 feet to go, and I am done. But for today I have gone as far as I can.
Halfway there. The body has quit for today.
Gen is gassed and running. Going ride around in a tank and blow shit up.
I am not sure why, but a 4-foot deep and 8 foot wide by 16-foot pile of ice and snow was left at the foot of my driveway by the grader. This isn’t the first time.
