Getting an inch of snow is like winning 10 cents in the lottery.

Out of power. Solar batteries are low, the portable battery bank is downstairs. Usually not a big deal, except I am behind my laptop, tablet and phone at my bedside laptop table.

I decided to write a little using a keyboard and mouse at my tablet. It is at 18% percent but slowly charging. I tried my laptop and the SBB dipped to dangerous voltages. Extended low voltage to a lead-acid battery causes extensive, irreversible damage. There, I have exceeded my multi-syllabic word quota.

There is no hope of generating solar power for the next few days, dark, wet and dreary forecasted till Saturday. One forecaster is calling for deep snow Wednesday night. I had hoped to spend the day storming the Hotel in Esperanza. That may have to wait.

At 5 PM a heavy rainfall followed by a  snowfall warning has been issued.

Whatever happens, is beyond my control, as is winning the lottery. Sun not yet but soon.
