Cats don’t need to be possessed; they’re evil on their own
Peter Kreeft
It has been a great day so far. A cat broke into my kitchen, every night this week. This time it destroyed a huge new package of toilet paper I just brought that home yesterday. All the rolls were torn into shreds.
When I tried to remove the cat, it bit me, clear down to the bone. I fear that bone is broken.
After putting on heavy gloves, I tried to throw it outdoors. I got bit again.
Now I was getting angry, it got away into my woodwork shop. I left the door to the outside open.
That cat has always been evil, if I catch it again, I am afraid I will do evil. I hoped that it escaped to the outside. I can’t care for it anymore. That was up to God now.
Last night, my new kittens slept on the bed with me. In the middle of the night, I discovered puddles and worse on the bedding. A present from the cute little critters.
Their access to the bed has been limited.
I needed to move them downstairs. I went down to feed the others and surveyed the situation. It was not fit for little kittens.
I will have to come up with a different solution.
I went back down with a wide scraper and cleaned the floor. All that got swept into the boy’s room.
After I eat and rest, I will go and load the piles of cat hair and worse into the fire.
I will need one this weekend, the forecast has changed again. This time with heavy snow forecast.
On the upside, I saw thousands of swans and geese in the field near my house, and for a day I heard my frogs.
My day didn’t end there. I glanced over at my cat sitting on the bed beside me, she had a funny look on her face.
I reached over right into a puddle of piss on my new 3 inch memory foam mattress topper. I cleaned that up and was thankful I ordered the one with a waterproof cover.
Since this was the third incident, the first being 2 pounds of liquid shit on new comforter. The second was another puddle of piss on new sheets.
My cat has been banished from the bedroom. She has been my faithful companion for a lot of years.
She was intimidated by a momma cat and her kittens.
The day was rough, but ended better.
