I don,’t feel much like writing today
Survival first. Easy wood is getting scarce. Soon I will be digging in the snow to get wood for heating. I have a pile by the old wood shop.
I would gather some before the next polar vortex arrives, but I injured my back again.
I have few days before that arrives. Today I still need to fit a battery in my van. I also have a flat tire to deal with and snow to shovel. The tire holds air for 24 hours sitting still, then goes flat. I had to try getting to the town on that tire.
Cats got fed, they had water from yesterdays snow melt. I even saved a 3/4 full kettle of water for coffee.
They also got fed. A fire got started, problem was a very small amount of wood. I had enough for today if I rationed.
Cat food would run out soon. I had a doctors apointment Friday. I was trying to hold off till then.
My Amazon orders of catfood were stuck somewhere in Ontario and Quebec. They wouldn’t arrive in time.
