If you think you’re too small to have an impact, try going to bed with a mosquito.

Anita Roddick

I did the thing you should never do.

I watched an infomercial that showed a great mosquito bug-zapper guaranteed to kill them all. It was designed by a student engineer that was allergic to mosquito bites. So right away I went on Amazon and searched for it, bought it. It wasn’t till I saw the revised shipping date. It wouldn’t be here till July. I realized what I was getting was another cheap Chinese knockoff. The original is called a Buzz Blast Pro. The one I bought at half the price is called a Buzzbug Blast Pro. They look alike till you look at the light at the bottom. Caveat Emptor (buyer beware)

I already owned one, It was a great USB light, and it did kill some of the tiny bugs that kept loving my display screen. The truth is I killed more by hand and the little zapper never killed mosquitoes. I am pretty sure it warns mosquitos away from it self.

The reason for the panic buy, I had ten mosquitoes show up today. The season has started. We had a rainstorm last night. Usually, it takes three days, but I guess they are in a hurry to catch up.

By the time it arrives in July, the mosquitos have already thinned out.
