I’m very happy that Paul Ryan has decided to treat Donald Trump like a Zika mosquito: avoid contact, or you will be infected.

A while ago I saw an ad for a miraculous rechargeable bug zapper and light. I was being buzzed by a 40-pound skeeter at that moment.

Immediately without stopping to think I went on Amazon and searched for it. I found one and ordered it. At the time I thought the transaction strange as I was not charged tax.

The real one Buzz Blast Pro

It wasn’t till later that I realized I ordered a Chinese knockoff. They used the same names, it even looked like the real one.

The words from the Amazon page.

Buzzbug Blast Pro, Buzzblast Mos-Quito Killers, Buzz Blast Pro Mos-Quito Killers Rechargeable, Multifunctional Solar and USB Charging Buzz Blast Pro, Buzz Blast Pro for Outdoor and Indoor (Orange)

BTW, that should read solar or USB. An old micro USB that is slow to charge. It shipped from mainland China to Hong Kong, then flew right over to Ontario, where it sat in customs for days.

Then it moved across Canada with no tracking number. Days later, it finally arrived.

I ran it for days, and the UV light was clean, with no dead bugs. I killed many by hand.

One morning I woke and there was one dead mosquito. I was excited, I waited for days for it to arrive and waited more for it to kill one mosquito.

I went back to the Amazon page, the unit was less money now, but more importantly, all the reviews were bad.  The lesson learned is, don’t buy a bug zapper while you are in mosquito distress. Hahaha

Was it worth it? Absolutely it makes a great flashlight, if it kills more mosquitos that’s great, if it doesn’t? I am still happy because there is one dead mosquito, maybe two looking at the pic.
