It is another gray day outside. Cats are fed, three big litter boxes hauled outside refilled and put back into place. Yes, I did have to go down to the van to get a ripped bag of pellets and carry it back.
I also made another trip down to fill gas cans and overfilled one on my foot. The gen is ready and filled. I am far beyond exhausted and soaked in sweat. I am in the cold wood work shop trying to get dry, only succeeding at getting cold. It is -3 in here.
No breakfast yet, no hot coffee. I am deciding to start the gen now, or make coffee first.
Coffee, my kidney pain is worse with periods of no pain. I am shuffling like a zombie from one job to the next. It is getting done. The water for coffee is on the boil.
Coffee is made. I plan to play for a bit, ya after vitamins and C juice and more coffee.
The gen is not running yet. I figure to use some of what is in my storage battery first. I should eat something too.
It is after 9 PM. I just ran the gen for five hours to bring up the LFP battery to 100% from 30. I have a second 24v 100AH battery on it’s way. It will take twice as long to charge, but it will last twice as long.
I will need more power from solar or wind, that will have to wait till spring.
