The snow started. I was going to make the trip into town. I was waiting for some freight.
I didn’t get confirmation that it was in until after I had started the gen. I had checked earlier. Now the snow is coming down so I decided to wait a few days. I was also waiting on my next pay cheque, which would arrive tomorrow.
The cats had plenty of food. My choices were less but I had food too. I was down to a half a bottle of water, the snow might have to be gathered and melted like in previous years. I was okay with that. I already filled the wood stove with wood and cardboard. It was ready to light.
