Susanne Wachsmann
1913 – 2008
Born February 25, 1913 passed away peacefully on September 19, 2008. Predeceased by husbands Lothar Wachsmann (1996) and Adolf Binder (1960).
She is survived by sons Wolf, Gerry (Liz) and Winfried (Carrie); daughters Gislind (Erwin), Megan (Barry) and Birgit (Brian); 20 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren as well as many extended family members and dear friends.
Susanne was a loving mother and grandmother who was passionate about her garden and loved to surround herself as well as others with beautiful flowers. She will forever be loved and remembered by all who knew her.
A graveside service was held on September 29, 2008 at 10:00 am at the Yarrow Mennonite Cemetery on Hare Road in Yarrow. A celebration of her life followed at 11:30 am at the King Road Mennonite Brethren Church 32068 King Road in Abbotsford.
