It’s worse. Just feeding the cats took my breath away. I am making coffee. Then I am going back to bed.

Rememberance Day
I didn’t finish yesterday’s post. So I continue today.
Fed the cats and filled their water bowls after 4 hours of sleep according to my smart watch.
I didn’t finish building the second water filter system, but did notice the first one needed filling with more green swamp water.
Down to the pond I went, chopped through 3 inches of ice, filled a bucket and brought it up the stairs.
Inside the workshop I check my stats on the smart watch. I was huffin and puffin, my heart was racing. My pulse was over a hundred. BP was 140 over something normal for most folks but not for me. My BP was always low.
Filter bucket filled, coffee made heart rate down, time for breakfast, vitamins, and coffee.
