I had a productive weekend planned working on the trailer.

I woke up to a fresh 3 inches of snow this morning. Heavy snowfall warning Another four to six inches forecast for tomorrow morning. (Update: at 9:00 am there was already six inches and more coming down. I just realized I am out of coffee I will venture out soon and try to get to the store safely. It is whiteout conditions. It means I can’t tell where my dirt road is. I just have to aim for the trees at the end of the road, and try to keep between the ditches.

I have spring rains coming this month and then I am full into mosquito season. I have decided to build a shelter for my  un constructed tiny house. I will try to keep the rain snow and mosquito’s out long enough for me to build my new home.

I have most of the building supplies on hand. I am going to use pvc or poly carbonate clear sheets on the roof to give me natural light to build with. The two outside walls will be covered in poly and then tarps to protect the poly from the wind.V8

At the back of the shelter I have built an area to house tools and saws in order to keep them close. After its up, I should be safe from most weather.

I can start construction…………. ………………….as soon as the snow is gone.

Take care ,Rod
