I am on my tablet again to see if we can work out our differences. It’s not likely but I am trying.
This morning I retrieved a very cold cat, three days ago I released one of my girl cats (doozits) into the cold part of the house. She was misbehaving. It was supposed to be a punishment for her. I thought she would be crying to get back to the warm part of the main house in minutes. I was wrong.
For three days I searched for her worrying about her freezing to death, and the weather was only going to get colder over the next few days. I could leave her food but not water.
The truth is I was worried sick, I went out there many times to look for her, and even worried harder when I had to open the garage doors to let my van out and again to let the van back in. If she ran outside it was certain death by freezing.
Yup, I taught me a lesson alright. This morning I went looking again and I heard a faint cry, I found her near a vent that I had blocked off. It used to heat the upstairs, but that room was not in use anymore.
I carried her back into the warmth, and hopefully, she will be able to work things out with the new residents to the cat’s room. Six of the cutest unwanted kittens. I love them but the last thing I wanted was more kittens. They will ensure that I will never be able to find another mate in this lifetime.

Looks like 40 below is coming soon. My morning coffee is done. Time to go out collect wood, transport to the garage, fuel the gen, split wood, transport to the fire room. Same old. I need to ramp up production, a little worried that the splitter won’t function in 40 below. I will need to do twice as much wood today. There is also another snowstorm coming tomorrow.
I managed two loads of wood brought in and ready to split. I am going to take a coffee break and rest my hurting body for a while. Then it’s out to split transport unload and split again.
Got the 40 below size load done and it is inside, and I am having the coffee I wanted earlier. I can collapse and let the hurts calm down. I was right about the splitter it does not like the cold. It took me twenty minutes to get it to function. It is only -24 outside.
As for the tablet had to switch to Laptop to finish this post. Why would anyone make such a stupid system? Samsung, Google what were you thinking? Concentrate less on stealing personal information and more on making a functional OS. Fix your system or let us put an operating system on here that will work.
