It is -43 outside they say the cold snap will be over soon. I will believe it when I see it. It will come to an end tomorrow but one weather reporting website says a little more snow first. The extreme cold warning is still up.
I have never seen a cold snap exit gracefully, but the weather these days is strange. Either way, I need to go outside and chainsaw some more.
Decided to take the day off. I am burning boxes and debris in the fire. I have some logs left and my log hoop is full. I hope that will last the night.
Tommorow will be a big day, I need to clear the driveway and then cut and split some wood. So today I am having a rest day, sort of. Still had to clean a couple of rooms get snow water, bring in a bag of wood pellets and take care of the catboxes.
