Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.

Minus ten outside. Cats are fed and watered, the morning fire is burning. Coffee is in the cup.
Gary Sinise is solving crimes on tv. Two cats are re-snuggled in beside me. Breakfast is queued up beside me, coffee first, then food.
Life so far is good, it is ten AM. Sometime today I need to find wood, gather snow, most likely ice.
There are things I really like to get done, trim my beard, start work on my lithium batteries, fire up my laptop, water my plants, maybe even finish killing a dictator.
Would I get that done? I will let you know later. Haha just read my Horoscope.
“don’t leave anything for tomorrow, procrastination is your major flaw which becomes the biggest hurdle in completing most of your tasks.”
I just went outside to chop some ice, I just heard a machine across the way. Where there was a beautiful forest was now flattened.
On the upside, my solar panels will get more sun in Winter.
Moving on, I had a pile of debris I wanted gone and hot coals in the woodstove.
I got about half in there, when I spied some dead centipedes on the inside of some old bark. I am ok with that.
Until one of them moved. After that, it became my mission to get all the debris into the woodstove. I did,150 pounds worth of wet bark, roots, wet wood and worse.
If it lit all would be good, if it didn’t, I would taking it all out and starting again.
Something that forest wouldn’t get to do.
Plants got watered, beard got trimmed, desk got cleaned, I am charging a battery for my mouse, once that is done I can start on my lithium batteries.
Most of what I need to do is measure voltages and record them in a database.
I plan to use them in a homemade lithium battery bank. I am just measuring the capacity of each battery, later I would match capacities for placement in the battery bank.
