The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time.

Well that was easy. Not at all.
First go outside, so beautiful take a shit ton of pics.
Then to the wood pile that I already knew was incased in 3 inches of ice. After 20 minutes of more chopping and prying, I managed to free enough wood for this mornings fire.
Through even deeper snow I hauled that load into the garage. I could go no further. I took a reading with my oxy thingy. O2 98 pulse 129. Normally that wouldn’t concern me. Except for the mild chest pains.
I rested a few minutes in the garage. After that I grabbed all the thin small stuff great for fire starting, then headed into the fireroom to build the fire.
Cats got fed, but sadly the food bin was empty. Back to the garage.
I tried to grab one bag but two came out of the box. So what the hell I carried two. Cats got fed again.
Then I heard a sound I hadn’t heard for awhile. My big stray was outside. Back down to the garage and out the door with some food. I didn’t see him but I saw fresh tracks. I left him some food behind a tilted sheet of plywood. I knew he hid there sometimes.
On the way back I grabbed this weeks hellboards. Some boards that were incrusted in three inches of ice. I figured they would do better in front of the fire.

Cats water. I forgot to take yesterdays water up where it was warmer, yup it was frozen solid.
I needed to go out again, for snow.
I got a gigantic bowlful and got that on the woodstove.
Warmer days were coming, that meant less fires. Less fires, less opportunities to cook woodstove pizza.
Grabbed the pan, oil, cheese and pizza. It’s on.
Finished the pizza, had my vitamins, now just resting.
Trying to decide whether not to start the gen, and play some Witcher 3.
I probably would. I just needed a little rest first. I realized I had been working a long time this morning. Afternoon it is after 12.
