I did my Sunday Video game penance. I tried to run on just solar but the clouds wouldn’t have it.
Off I went to gather gasoline to fill the gen. Gen filled with gas.
I noticed that the stage one water filter needed filling. So I off I went to the pond. The stage one filter was to remove plant life and bug life.
Then that water is supposed to go into the stage two filter which I haven’t assembled yet.
I aslo have a stage three filter, so sometimes the water from stage one ends up in there.
One day when I get a shipment of round tuits, then I will get it all done. Can I order those on Amazon?
The Starlink killing trees. Don’t worry I will never cut them. They are back to 60 feet high again . Fuckin’ Atco Power cut it down to ten feet after I had cut the power.
6 PM
It is the big gusty outside. If the wildfire is burning it will be burning bigger. I can hear water bombers flying over head. Not worried. Not worried at all. Ok I am a little worried.
I washed my hair outside by the pond with swamp water. It all worked out. The weeds are near the surface so the winds had them pushed to one side.
I swung my 5 gallon bucket with chain on out to the water let it sink deep then hauled it in.
After peering inside to make sure there were no leaches i washed my hair. Leaches are the reason I just don’t dive in and swim a bit.
I worry about getting a leach on my back just out of reach. Although I read somewhere recently that leeches have medicinal powers. Back to the dark ages.
I got my hair washed and came in. I am back at my station, finishing a complete backup of my laptop. I had to pause it 3 times due to the time it takes. I also backed up the files separately, just in case the backup fails.
Cats are fed and watered they got the good stuff, stage three filtered.
I was going to use that to make cold brew coffee. I decided that they had hiked the price of that too high at the store. Ya, I know, the CEO of that grocery chain just gave himself a raise. I wasn’t going to fund him.
I plan to buy a cold brew jug next time I go to the village. I already have cloth filters made for that, just need a jug. It is cheaper at the hardware store than at Amazon.
Well, I have said enough for today. Ryder settled two planets today.
Settling three planets would have meant thirsty and hungry cats. Those that know, understand.
