Pasta doesn’t make you fat. How much pasta you eat makes you fat.

My mission today, feed the cats, make coffee, feed myself, get gas for the gen, bring up a heavy bottle of water, fill the cats bowls, fill my cistern beside the cookstove for coffee, fill the kettle, light the stove, take back the empty 18 liter watter bottle tp the van, lift a new bag of catfood up to the storage bin, open the bag, empty it, go back down clean up the latest cat offerings, empty the remaing litter box outside, refill that with clean pellets, oh I forgot I need to fetch a new bag of pellets from the van, ya the ripped one, wash the kitten covered in poop, yuck, make breakfast, eat vitamins , enjoy coffee, fill the gen, start the gen and finally play Starfield. Yup I missed the class about run on sentences.
Easy Peazy.
I am at the make coffee stage. Most of the work is done but not all. Having that first sip, it makes the day easier. Today my kidney pain has changed from squeezing to burning, and I feel liver, throat, chest and I am coughing more. I mention this for my own reference.
I am off to get a bite. Starfield got played, everything except litterboxes got done.
It’s evening here. I just used my cookstove for cooking, sort of. I made some Quinoa pasta, mixed in a can of tuna, add oil and vinegar , some spices and I was done.
First time I had cooked in a long time, fresh fruit and raw veg gets a little old over time.
I used to cook on the woodstove a lot but the chimney is still not repaired. I am hoping I can go up tomorrow if enough ice and snow has melted. If not I need to finish the diesel heater install. Colder temps were arriving Monday.
