The rule is, jam tomorrow and jam yesterday – but never jam today.
Lewis Carroll
Of course I am talking about my blood and not jam. I did some heavy work and with the help of my smart watch, I was able watch my BP, HR, and the percent of O2 in my blood. I don’t know if the numbers are accuate, but I compare them to the resting numbers so I get an idea of whats happening.
I was breathing very heavy for the amount of work that I did. My health was not getting better. My lungs felt like I was breathing battery acid. With abdominal pain, kidney, throat and bone pain I knew my time on this earth was limited.
