Doctors will have more lives to answer for in the next world than even we generals.

Ya get yer mind outta da gutter.
Ten inches of snow last night. Minus 30 tommorrow night and the night after.

By Friday they say it will get warmer. It is Sunday.

More snow Tuesday. Out of food probably Friday. I won’t run of water as long as I have Firewood to burn. I have three pallets left inside. Two frozen to the ground and three standing against the wall.

Enough wood to last the week if I ration.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

11:24 I am still at it trying to get the fire hot enough to melt snow. What I really mean is get it hot enough to keep cats off the top. They will knock the big bowl over if given a chance. That means going outside in the cold and doing it again and again.

The best way I can measure that is by seeing a temperature rise on the wall thermometer. It has risen a degree. It is time. I was hoping it would take longer I am still huffing and puffing fom my last task which was easy.

The big bowl is on the woodstove, my kettle is filled and covered in snow. I am melting the snow on the outside of the kettle then I am going up to make coffee. It would take another 30 minutes to get the kettle hot enough to make coffee on the woodstove.

I am concerned that my tongue hurts. I had a doctor look at the lesions two years ago.

He tested me for candida and sent me on my way. I knew then it was much worse.

I just made it upstairs and realized I forgot to plug in power to the gen. One more trip outside.
